X-Ray Lady Refund & Exchange Policy

 X-Ray Lady^®  Inc. Refund & Exchange Policy

By placing an order and/or completing a course with X-Ray Lady®, you agree to our refund & exchange policy. The following applies if you do not want your course and have no plans of completing it for credit:

Requests for a refund for returning unused materials may be made up to 30 days from the original order/purchase date for courses that were shipped via USPS. No refunds are issued for emailed course materials. Refunds will be issued in the same tender as the original order. Materials purchased with a check will be refunded with a cashier’s check once payment has cleared.

Exchanges & returns can be made up to 60 days from the original order/purchase date.  After the first initial 30 days only in-store credit will be issued.  Customers may use in-store credit toward future purchases. Credits expire one year from issue date.

**All refunds and exchanges are subject to a $5 processing fee per course.

Expiring/No Longer in Stock/Updated References Courses
Due to the nature of our courses, no refunds or exchanges are issued for courses with the following contingencies even if you are within the 60 day return/exchange window:

• Courses expiring within one month of the course approval end date.
• If the reading reference has been updated or we have adopted a new edition of a textbook we do not accept returns for older versions/editions of the reading material.
• If we are no longer offering or stocking the course.

Courses via USPS
No refunds or credits are made for shipping and handling charges once the course has shipped to you. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to return or exchange course materials. Refunds and exchanges are issued when the materials are received and determined to be in excellent condition. X-Ray Lady^® claims no responsibility for any goods lost or stolen in transit or delivery by the U.S. postal service.

Course Materials via Email
No refunds will be issued once the materials have been sent. Customers wishing to return unwanted course materials that were emailed will have 60 days from the original order date to receive a credit towards a future purchase minus a $5 processing fee. You cannot order a “test only” at a later date for an eBook that you have received a credit for.

Credit Card Chargebacks/Reversal of Payment:
Any chargebacks/reversals of credit card payments initiated by the customer will be subject to a $20 chargeback processing fee.  This fee will be added to your account and will be collected on the next order placed with X-Ray Lady^®    

We do not “buy back” used books. If you return your used materials you will not receive a refund/credit and the materials will be discarded. Requests for lost or deleted eBook links after course completion will be fulfilled up to 6 months after the course completion date.

Course Disclaimer
Each course has been evaluated and approved for a specified amount of continuing education by the agencies listed on the course cover page. X-Ray Lady® does not imply or guarantee that completion of any course automatically ensures renewal or initial issuance of any state, national, or federal x-ray certification or licensure requirements.

It is the responsibility of the individual completing the course to understand and to comply with state, national, and federal x-ray certification and licensure regulations regarding initial and renewal requirements. Further, X-Ray Lady® claims no responsibility for determining if the topic or amount of continuing education credit is appropriate for any person.

Radiographers are advised to check the most current product information provided by equipment and supply manufacturers. X-Ray Lady® does not assume any liability for any injury and/or damage to persons or property arising from information contained in any course.
