Online Testing Center
Get an instant score and certificate – take your test in our online testing center!
Check your inbox for an email from office@eleapsoftware.com titled “Your X-Ray Lady Testing Account Password” that contains your log in information. Simply sign in when you’re ready to take your test! (Please check your spam folders or the social or promotions tabs for Gmail accounts if you do not receive it in your inbox.) Can’t find your log in email? Sign up HERE. We’ll email access instructions to you during business hours. We process requests Monday through Friday 9am to 4:30pm (excluding holidays).
Answer sheet submission by email, fax, or mail.
Fill out an answer sheet (download one below) and submit it using one of the options listed below. The turnaround time for hand-graded answer sheets is 1-2 business days. Please do not submit your entire set of test questions. We do recommend you keep a copy of your answers for your records.

Email a picture or scan of your answer sheet to xrayladyce@gmail.com. Make sure the picture is a good AP view with adequate contrast and a 0° angle 🙂
Mail a copy of your answer sheet to X-Ray Lady®, 6511 Glenridge Park Place Suite 6, Louisville, KY 40222. Allow 10 days for us to receive it.
Fax
Fax your answer sheet to 502-327-7921. Please do not fax test questions. Please contact our office if you do not receive your certificate via email with in 1-2 business days.
Dating Your Certificate
We follow ARRT® CE sponsor guidelines for test submissions. We date certificates according to when we receive your test in Eastern Time (ET) and do not backdate certificates. This may affect your date of completion if you are in a different time zone. To get the completion date you need, you must submit according to Eastern Time.
