Forms of Payment

We accept the following:

• MasterCard, Visa, or Discover (credit or debit)
• Personal checks under $75.00 (We do not accept checks by phone)
• Money orders
• Company & facility checks
• Purchase orders—terms are net 30 days; certificates of completion are not issued until the purchase order is paid in full

Shipping Information & Delivery

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping speed depends on the option you chose at checkout. Orders placed prior to 12pm Eastern will be shipped the same day excluding Saturday, Sundays, and holidays. Orders placed after 12pm Eastern or on postal holidays may be shipped the following business day. Additional charges may apply for large orders.

• $14 for 2-3 business days
• $28 for Express Shipping 1-2 business days
• $30 Priority International Mail  6-10 business days.

eBook Information and Delivery

eBooks are delivered via email, making them the perfect option for someone on a deadline or if you prefer to complete your course electronically. It is not necessary to own an e-Reader to use an eBook. Most eBook courses are cheaper than the mail-order version and are delivered instantly to the email address provided once your order is placed.

When you order an eBook, you will receive an email with links to download the eBook, test questions, answer sheet, and submission instructions. We recommend that you print out the test questions and answer sheet so that you can record your answers to the questions as you read the material on your computer (or other device, if you so choose). We do not recommend printing the reading material as most of our courses are easily over 100 pages, but you can print them if you do desire.

“Test Only” Discounts

Want to save money? Share or borrow a book and get your credits for less! Order the test and answer sheet when:

• You are borrowing a book from a friend or coworker.
• You are ordering for a group and sharing the book. Purchase a book and test for the first person and an additional test for everyone else.

Purchasing the “test only” does not include the reading materials—we do not recommend attempting a test without having the correct reading materials.

Group Orders

Save money and order CE for your entire staff! Order one book to be shared among the group and a test for each person. For example, for CE materials for (3) people order (1) book and test and (2) additional tests.  Orders for more than 5 course participants may qualify for an extra discount.  Call our office for more information.

We track each person’s completed courses, so we request the names of all individuals completing the course. Regular shipping and handling rates apply; extra shipping and handling charges apply if the order is shipping to more than one address.

Questions about Your Charges or Order?

We will be more than happy to explain and try to rectify any situation. If you are in any way unsatisfied with your materials, call us at 502-425-0651 to speak to a member of our staff about your concern. Any refunds or exchanges are subject to our refund policy.

Any chargebacks or reversals of credit card payments initiated by a customer will be subject to a $20 chargeback processing fee regardless of the outcome of the case. This fee will be added to your account and will be collected on the next order placed with X-Ray Lady­®.

Customers will be charged a $25 fee for personal checks returned due to insufficient funds or an invalid stop payment. In cases of fraud or forgery, we will legally pursue the matter in partnership with the financial institution(s) involved.

Orders for courses that result in a credit card chargeback or insufficient funds check return, can not be submitted for credit until the courses are sufficiently paid for and the situation resolved.
