Please also continue to take all preventive measures recommended by the CDC, WHO, and other organizations to help control the spread of this disease.

What X-Ray Lady is Doing
X-Ray Lady has developed a contingency plan for us to be able to continue business operations despite the potential for temporary office closures. X-Ray Lady’s office will continue to stay open as long as we can. If we must close, we have a plan to work remotely. As we work from home, there may be a delay in responding to your requests and shipping. We will notify you of any office closures and delays via this page, email, social media, and other channels.

What You Can Do as Our Customer
To ensure that you get what you need when you need it during this time of crisis, we ask that you do not wait. Give yourself adequate time to get your course or certificate well before you need it. If you do find yourself in a time crunch, we do have options that do not rely on our manual processing:

1. Order an eBook – you will receive emailed materials as soon as you place your order and won’t have to wait for anything to ship. While we ship the same or next business day, you may experience a delay in transit time that is outside of our control.
2. Use our Online Testing Center – you’ll receive your certificate right away, and you won’t have to wait for us to grade by hand! Sign up here if you don’t already have your login information.
3. Follow up promptly – if you’re expecting a certificate or course via email, check your email as soon as possible. Make sure all your eBook links can open. Follow up with us if you turned in your answers and haven’t gotten a certificate. If you need help in any way, contact us as soon as you can. You’re more likely to reach us when we are most available to you.

Reminders
We’re on Eastern time, which you may have to account for if you’re in a different time zone. If you need a specific day on your certificate, you must pass your test by 11:59 pm Eastern time (10:59 Central, 9:59 Mountain, 8:59 Pacific). We cannot and will not backdate certificates.

We will continue to stay vigilant in keeping you updated and will do our very best to have as little business interruptions as possible. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns. Our office hours are Monday-Friday from 9 am-5 pm Eastern. We may process any requests or submissions submitted after 4 pm Eastern on the next business day.
