Since we began offering our courses electronically as ebooks we have continued to improve on their look and delivery.  Currently, once you place an order for an ebook a staff member must process your order and manually email you your course materials.  This causes a lag in time between when you place your order and when you actually receive your materials.During our office hours this time is minimal but outside of office hours this time could be anywhere from 24-48 hours.  We realize this is not optimal especially for our customers that are purchasing the ebook option because they are on a deadline to complete their CE’s.

We recently updated our software for our website and are working on implementing a more instant option for your ebook materials.  We are hoping that the new way this would work would be that within your order confirmation email would be your links to download your books and tests.  The order confirmations are automatically generated and emailed once you submit your order.  We hope to have this in place within the next two months and will be sending out an email with the details before it goes into effect.  So if you frequently purchase ebooks from X-Ray Lady just be aware in the next few months there will be some changes to the look, feel, & delivery of your materials via email.  As always if you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us.
